Photo by Jorge Colombo God Is In Your Typewriter is a a dramatized glimpse into the lives of the Confessional poets and novelists of 1960's America: a world of words, sex, booze, and thousands of cigarettes. Following the path of Anne Sexton in particular, the piece examines the outlier poet's rise to fame, battle with mental illness, and life-long obsession with death. BREAD will be bringing this show to NYC and beyond in 2025 and 2026! |
